Clackamas Auto Repair

My car has problems to say the least. Has for a while. I took it to Honest-1 for some work to manage these issues and they were up front and honest with me (including the truth I already knew of to get rid of the car soon!) The next day, it had additional issues while I was on a long drive. I wasn't sure if was related to the problems I already knew of or the one they found (I had been hearing the noise but thought it was something else) while they were fixing the other issues. So I called them and they helped me figure out that it was just a recurring, unrelated, previous issue. I know my car doesn't have much longer, but the way they are helping me get it to live until I can afford a new one is amazingly appreciated! Needless to say, whatever new car I get will be getting it's maintenance through them when the time comes!

Always taken care of, they are my shop of choice. Highly recommend these guys and the team.

Honest 1 very professional. Clean office and seating area. They are clear up front policies and procedures and time frames. This place has a nice big kids play area. Comfortable seating. Tv. Coffee and drinks. Charging cords for phones and computer. Walking distance feom Mc Donalds and Starbucks. They were up front with diagnostics and costs. There wasn't a big waiting line. Very communicative and knowlegble front desk staff.

Mike and Mark both have gone way beyond to help me with a very tuff situation. They bent over backwards with what we thought was a going to be a new clutch and turn into possible transmission replacement. After reviewing all options I found that i had a extended warranty with the dealership and I needed to take it to them. they have continued to help me and have worked with the dealership answered the question about what they found. I have never experience such honesty from any car repair shop before. I will be forever grateful for all of there help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart . Mike and Mark your the best

Recently we were traveling through when our car broke down on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get us in quick. They were very helpful and gave us a loaner car till the next morning when the repairs could be completed. I am not from this area but if I were I would use them regular. Thanks Trevor!

Had a really solid experience at Honest-1. I dropped my car off in the morning for some brake work and showed up a little before they even opened, and Trevor still invited me in to talk and get everything set up. The staff here are genuinely nice and keep you updated as they go. No surprises and pricing was explained clearly. They got the work done quick, and I was already driving it back home by lunch. Super straightforward and reliable

Take all my cars there. Professional, fast, don't try talk you into things you don't really need. Nice waiting area with kids play spot
