Clackamas Auto Repair

I have been going to this location for over 10 years and I won't take my car anywhere else. They are never pushy but price out what looks like might need to be done in the future. They let me leave my car there to get the oil change done when they can. It is helpful because I do IV medication and don't drive when doing them for 72 hours. The last time I picked up my car from leaving it for an oil change, it died on my way home. I called and Mike said he couldn't send out anyone to look at it due a workers comp issue. No one can work off site, workers comp won't cover them if they are hurt. So I had my car towed back there and Mike was there to help me out. We found out that the gas was empty but my gas gage said it was half full when I left. So somehow the gas gage isn't working right and that my battery was 10 years old. I got a new battery and an estimate on how much it would cost to fix the gas tank stuff. But as long as I keep the above half full, I should be fine. I have never had a problem with them and as I said before I won't take my car anywhere else.

My 2010 F150 had a growling noise when placed in 4x4. I asked my neighbor if he knew a good place to have my truck repaired. He said his good friend swears by Honest1 in Clackamas. I set up an appointment and dropped off my truck at 8:00am Friday. They said their technician would Determine what was wrong and give me a cost to repair later that day. Around 3:30 Trevor called and explained what was found and cost to repair. I gave them the go ahead and was told it would be ready the following Saturday due to parts to be ordered and shipped from out of state. I felt very comfortable with them so I didnt call and ask how the repair was going. Next Friday I get a call and Trevor said the truck is ready early due to the parts arriving sooner than expected. I drove off the lot and when opportunity presented I switched on 4x4 highNo Growling Noise, Yay! From my call to make an Appointment with Mark and talking to Trevor in person while dropping it off, I felt very comfortable in my first experience with Honest1. They have a nice facility and an area for those who need to wait there for repairs or service to be completed. Moving forward I will use and recommend Honest1!

I needed two things check engine light and oil change appointment was easy to make on the phine and I chose to sit and wait able to work dur to comfortable computer area space with lots of outlets and charging cords

I've been taking my cars to this great crew at Honest 1 in Clackamas for years. From the team at the desk (Mike and Trevor) to the owner Steve, all of them are pros at what they do and provide a great experience!

I have gone to this location for years. They have always done a wonderful job! Never had any issues with the services. They never upsell me and give me real information about the status of my car. I will continue to visit this location specifically as they have always been straighforward and helpful!

First time here- had a basic oil change for my new car. Excellent customer service and great price. Fast work, nice waiting area. Will definitely use them regularly!
