Mike and Mark both have gone way beyond to help me with a very tuff situation. They bent over backwards with what we thought was a going to be a new clutch and turn into possible transmission replacement. After reviewing all options I found that i had a extended warranty with the dealership and I needed to take it to them. they have continued to help me and have worked with the dealership answered the question about what they found. I have never experience such honesty from any car repair shop before. I will be forever grateful for all of there help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart . Mike and Mark your the best

Recently we were traveling through when our car broke down on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get us in quick. They were very helpful and gave us a loaner car till the next morning when the repairs could be completed. I am not from this area but if I were I would use them regular. Thanks Trevor!

Had a really solid experience at Honest-1. I dropped my car off in the morning for some brake work and showed up a little before they even opened, and Trevor still invited me in to talk and get everything set up. The staff here are genuinely nice and keep you updated as they go. No surprises and pricing was explained clearly. They got the work done quick, and I was already driving it back home by lunch. Super straightforward and reliable

Take all my cars there. Professional, fast, don't try talk you into things you don't really need. Nice waiting area with kids play spot

I called Honest-1 at 8:00AM and spoke with Mike, the manager. I needed to have my car towed to their shop for a coolant flush. He was very helpful and said he would have it done today. He called at 1:00 to tell me the car was ready to be picked up. Shop is very clean and everyone is professional. I am impressed and they will have my business from now on. 5 stars for sure!

I have been going to Honest 1 in Clackamas for a few years now, and the staff there are super friendly and nice. This is a great business and location and I would highly recommend for anyone needing to get work done on their car!

Requesting an appointment online was easy and I received a prompt response back. My vehicle's oil change was done within the time frame I was quoted. The staff was very nice. Thank you!

I have been very happy with Honest-1.. They are open Saturdays. Which is very convenient for me. I have called other shops and they are closed on Saturdays. They have loaned me a rental car any time I needed one. They may not be the best cars. But it helps out the pocket book not having to mess around with a rental. I have called them last minute for an oil change. They say they can get it done. If I drop off my vehicle. They text or call me when it is done.. They no my name when I walk through the door. They are very courteous and nice..We kid around with each other.. They are willing to work on my 1979 Chevrolet G10 Van. That other Mechanics call a project. And refuse to work on it. Or just let my Van sit on their lot until I finally come pick it up.. They work on my 2016 Jeep Compass also. My Jeep has high mileage and is slowly getting costly..but It is cheaper to have them fix it. Rather than get deep in payments on a newer vehicle.. I have read other people's negative comments..they can go somewhere else and be charged even more money. And have to take time off work to get your vehicle fixed..because they are not open on Saturday. And want to stop seeing people after 4:30 pm. If you run a mechanic shop you need to be open on Saturday. And accommodate people later than 4:30.. Also good luck getting a loaner car.. I am very happy to have a mechanic shop a mile from my house that cares about their customers..

The team and facility is easy to like. They are very upfront with repair detail, time and cost. I had miss diagnosed the cause to a growl noise in the front differential. I replaced my left front drive axle but the noise was still there. H1 determined it was the front differential and suggested replacing with a used warrantied doner, new seal and the drive shaft I installed. I later discovered the new seal was leaking. Took back and it was suggested the drive shaft I installed could be the problem. H1 replaced with a new driveshaft they ordered from NAPA and new seal. I discovered the seal was leaking again later and contacted H1. Took back and Shop manager Mike recommended an OE seal be used. Replacement was done very timely and warrantied at no cost. I have driven the vehicle for several weeks now and no leak. Yay!! Thank you Mike, your OE part solved the problem. I still have faith in the team at Honest 1 (Mike, Trevor, Mark and Technicians) and will use them in the future. Tom C.
