I can't say enough good about these guys. I had a pre purchase inspection done on a car, and after I bought it and brought it in for a valve gasket replacement, the guys stayed 45 minutes late to get it put back together for me because I was leaving for a trip the next day. The facilities are so clean and they have a big play area for the kids.

Thanks for the same day service to replace my leaking radiator, water pump and thermostat. My car with 110k feels like new again. At least it doesn't smell like antifreeze. LOL. Your service manager was very courteous and professional

I love this place! The only place I will take my car. Karl the GM is amazing and will be honest about your options in your price range. They are kid friendly animal friendly and homework friendly. The place is very clean and they will take you back in the garage area to show you what is wrong, you don't just have to take their word for it. I recommend them to everyone.

I'm surprised to see all these negative reviews as I have had nothing but positive experiences at Honest 1 in Clackamas. I love everything about this place and have taken my car here several times for everything from an oil change to more complex repairs on my VW Jetta. Their prices are better than anywhere else I have found and their front desk service is always helpful and friendly. I've never been misguided regarding the time my car will be done (in fact, it's usually earlier than what they say). I've recommended this place to my family and friends and until I am proven otherwise, I will continue doing so.

As a first time customer here at Honest-1 Auto Care I was very impressed with your lobby. Previously I went to another mechanic shop and their floor was disgusting. I wouldn't let my son touch anything. It was nice to come into a clean environment and know that not only was my car getting good service, but my son wouldn't walk away germy. We very much enjoy our experience here, and will certainly be back.

Took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change, and was told my oil case gasket thingey is leaking. Normally I would say, "LIAR!" and run, but I knew it was true because there was a puddle of oil under my car all the time and I've already had the head gasket replaced. They fixed it same day, quickly, with no fuss, and since then, no more oil leaks! Yay! This does seem like an honest place.
