I love going here. Great please and nice people. Has a good kids area that my kids love, and good countertop and seating area to pop up a laptop to do mobile work. Free coffee and sodas, can’t get better:-) very clean and professional.

I won't take my car any place else. I know I can count on great service and I never get the run around. It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics, I'm a customer for life. The staff is friendly and the lobby is inviting. I highly recommend this place!

Really like this auto center store they have keurig coffee makers for great coffee free internet & tv plus comfortable chairs in the waiting area & a childrens area plus the mechanics are great and so are their prices

From the first time I stepped inside, Everyone was so friendly. My appointment was even more accommodating. There were no extra charges, unlike other places I had tried to get the oil change done at. I will encourage all my friends and family to go see Honest 1 for all their car care needs.

Update on this post. I was called by the manger after my experience, he apologized and explained what had happened. They completely took care of me and performed the service I needed on my car. They took responsibility and took good care of me. I am a happy customer. Horrible experience! Called in and made an appointment for a brake fluid flush on my BMW and was told it would take 30 mins to an hour so I waited in the waiting room.....after an hour and a half was told that they recommended that I replace the front brakes soon and was given an estimate, they still hadn't done the service I took it in there for, after an hour and a half!! Very angry they didn't even do the service I needed after all that time. Was late to my next appointment because they still had to put the wheels back on and now I have to take my car to another shop to get the services a needed done. Very frustrating.

Found them to be everything I could expect from a automotive repair facility!! I would recommend them highly
