Friendly staff, great service. I love being able to make an appointment so I don't have to sit in my car and wait. The waiting room is clean and comfy, and complimentary coffee. Very good experience all the way round!

The manager, Mike Hadley, and all of the staff were fantastic when I took my wife's Honda Civic in for a brake job recently. They provided me with a loaner vehicle so that I could get back to work. The facility is very clean and organized. Great people. Honest is in their name and honesty is what they deliver.

This place is my go-to auto shop because they truly are honest and very friendly. I take my vehicles there for oil changes, routine checkups, tire changes/balance/rotation, and anything else I may need. They offer complimentary drinks in their very comfy waiting area as well.

Honest. Friendly. Fast. My heater stopped working in 27 degree weather. H1 was the only shop willing to work me in right away. Previous shop's laziness could have cost me an engine. H1 saved me in many ways: time, money, and TLC. Now that's customer service. Thanks Janet and Mike.
