Seriously nice people who helped me with what could have been a disaster.

This morning due to scheduling conflicts I was given the responsibility of taking my vehicle in for an oil change. I guess you can say that the past 11 years of marriage I've never taken in our vehicles to get serviced, but I was up for the challenge!! I nervously walked into Honest 1 Auto Care but to my surprise, from the moment I entered their facility it felt RIGHT!! Mrs. Janet greeted me with a smile and friendly service. She assured me they would take care of me after my confession of never stepping foot into an auto care shop. I had my two boys with me and you can only imagine how totally excited I was to see the kid play area they had. My boys played as I admired how well kept the facility was. Everything organized and in its place. I didn't use their Internet cafe but I surely was tempted to drink a cup of coffee. What felt like only a few minutes passing, my vehicle was finished being serviced. Janet met me over where I was standing and discussed in detail what the mechanics did and what they recommend. She went above and beyond!! I appreciated her knowledge, kindness and thoughtfulness. I looked forward to coming back and I know for a fact, that Honest 1 Auto Care truly are Honest (and Amazing)!! Thank you for taking care of this housewife. God Bless!

Honest-1 is great. They are friendly, helpful and as their name implies honest. I have always been happy with them and their service and plan on continuing to use them.

Honest one performed an oil change, and inspection of my running gear. They took pictures of parts that needed to be replaced and a complete estimate of what that should entail.

Typically Typical but the front desk staff are "Sociable, Knowledgeable, 'Compassionate' & their customer lounge is the 'Bestest'"!!!!!?! There's McDonald's, Subway & Spage Age fuel station (& Quick Mart) within 151' 💞😬💞

Top Notch.....!.

They have a nice & clean waiting lounge with comfy chairs. Free drinks & water!! They did a 21 point inspection when all I asked for was an oil change. They texted me a Digital version of my inspection once completed👍🏼

My boss and our team go here to get our truck looked over, and fixed. The crew is amazing. They do their job perfectly. They allow you to enjoy a pristine lobby. which offers WiFi, coffee, and drinks. The team works hard to get the job done quickly, and correctly. I have never been so impressed. They want you to be part of their family, and they go the extra mile to do so. It's what most places lack when it comes to auto care. I highly suggest you go give this place a shot.
