We went in expecting a particular fix. I described what we have been through with our Explorer. He suggested that we do a test to narrow down causes. We have taken it to Courtesy Ford several times and they never did a test to narrow down causes. The test showed that it was the radiator and this saved us about $400 and an un-necessary repair. This shop really does seem Honest and we appreciate it!
"Friendly, quick, efficient" These guys do a great job. You can depend on it being done right and quickly. They are always very friendly and happy to help.
