I called today right when they opened, requesting service for my Wife's car. She needed a rear differential service and oil change. I was offered an appointment at noon today and an estimated service time of 90 minutes. All seemed good so I scheduled after confirming they would accept a clipper ad coupon for the oil change and would apply the $25 for $50 deal offered on yelp to the cost of the differential service. We dropped her car off early because of errands we needed to run and got a call it was ready early. All was as promised. There were additional higher cost services offered at the time of drop off, but I didn't mind because there was no pressure when I politely declined. The cost and customer service was great and I would recommend them to friends/family.

"Consistent Service" This is the third time I have been back to Honest-1. All for different reasons and due to high mileage on my car. The shop continues to provide work that I am happy with. I was able to use their loaner which helped out.
