"?" You always pay attention to what we are saying. You ask if there is something to be done to the car if we can fix it our self.

"Fast Service" Very fast service and friendly staff.
We went in expecting a particular fix. I described what we have been through with our Explorer. He suggested that we do a test to narrow down causes. We have taken it to Courtesy Ford several times and they never did a test to narrow down causes. The test showed that it was the radiator and this saved us about $400 and an un-necessary repair. This shop really does seem Honest and we appreciate it!
